The Dr Grillz DIY mould kit is included with every purchase. It has everything needed to take a mould and post it back. The postage costs are all included. Extra putty and trays are also included at no additional cost. If an adequate mould cannot be captured, Dr Grillz may refer you to a dentist to have a custom mould made. So far, we have never needed to do this, as the instructions are very easy to follow. It does sometimes take a few gos to get the perfect mould. The instructional video can be found HERE
Most Dr Grillz options can be found in the Shop or you can use the Custom Grillz Designer tool to make your own unique piece. If you already know what you are after, search the shop to order the type of piece you’d like. If you are unsure about what you would like, you can play around with the designer tool. All purchases include a moulding kit. Once payment is received a kit will be posted to you and a link for instructions will be sent. If you have a specific custom order, see below.
We are able to offer any custom piece that you can imagine, providing we have access to the appropriate materials and your teeth will support the design. For these types of orders we ask that you email us directly at email@example.com. Pictures and sketches are a big help. Due to the amount of orders we receive we may take some time to get back to you. A follow up email if we have missed you also helps a lot.
We use Australia Post Express for our shipping within Australia. There may be delays in shipping, especially for events outside of our control. If you need items shipped urgently we can arrange Uber Delivery (within Perth) or a courier for overnight delivery (within Australia). These will incur an additional cost.
All payments are submitted via Stripe. We do not offer finance options. We ask our clients to save and purchase their pieces when they can afford to do so.
Dr Grillz does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If a piece is faulty or not fitting it may require a remake. Dr Grillz will cover the costs for this. Custom jewellery is not an exact science and sometimes teeth are not well shaped to hold the piece in place. Modifications or a small amount of adhesive may be needed. Sometimes with custom jewellery there is some back and forth to make it perfect, which does take time.
Why try fit in, when you could be custom made?
