As our products are custom designed pieces we cannot offer refunds once the piece is made.

We can offer the following partial refunds:

1. 80% refund if the moulding kit has been posted but grillz were not manufactured

2. 90% refund if no moulding kit was posted (to cover Stripe fees)

Please note we do have a 1 year warranty on our custom pieces for tightening and polishing. Any accidental damage that needs repairs may have charges to cover the jeweller’s time.
